To commence with we hold Microsoft Team interviews which gives us a chance to connect and get to know the people or person behind the resume. Shortlisted applicants are then invited to complete our Management Interview Quiz, where they demonstrate how they approach day-to-day motel operations, problem-solving and team leadership.
The final step involves thorough reference checks, where we speak directly with past employers and colleagues to gain honest insights into each candidate’s strengths, areas for growth (we are all human), and overall working style.
