Elite Manager Program 2026

Course Information

Welcome to the Elite Manager Program!

Welcome — and thank you for being here.

The Elite Manager Program has been designed for motel managers who have experience but want to operate with either greater clarity, confidence, and/or consistency across different properties, systems, and brand environments.

This is not a generic course, and it is not built on large-hotel theory. In fact, this program is uniquely written specifically for small to mid-sized motel operations — the environments where managers wear multiple hats, resources are tighter, and practical decision-making matters every day.

Every Elite Manager, regardless of their level of experience, completes this foundational section.

Why? Strong performance is built on shared standards, current compliance knowledge, and a clear understanding of how best-practice motel management in the small-to-mid-sized motel industry is.

Throughout this program, you can expect:

  • Practical, real-world guidance grounded in small to mid-sized motel operations

  • Clear explanations without unnecessary complexity

  • Support that respects your experience while strengthening consistency

  • Tools you can apply immediately on site

Whether you are refreshing skills, expanding system capability, or positioning yourself for broader opportunities, this program is designed to meet you where you are — and help you step forward with confidence.

We are looking forward to working alongside you, so let’s get started………………….

Daily Motel Procedures
In this section, we take a detailed look at the daily processes of motel management, beginning with guest check-out and moving through the day. Each step of the day has a purpose and understanding how these processes connect is critical to ensuring a smooth operation, an exceptional guest experience, and a well-supported team. This is an opportunity to reflect on not just what is done, but how and why it is done, and to consider the decisions and priorities that make an Elite Manager’s day run seamlessly.
